It's picking up quite a bit noise. You should try a different tape deck.

2
Try recording this WAV file to cassette tape.

Use VLC media player, volume level %100.
Windows USB speaker volume at %90.

See if it loads fine on real C64.

Hi,welcome to the support forum  ;D

If the game loads and runs fine on Winvice,it is a good dump.
FinalTap sometimes gives errors if that loader is not in its database.
Try testing and cleaning with TapEx

If recorded tapes gives errors on real HW,it is either your azimuth alignment is not very good or another windows sound was recorded to the tape.
Record this software (right click, save as) to the tape.Use it with a original tape which has a faster fastloader like Novaload.
If you happen to have Crazy Comet or Evil Dead original tapes even better.

I will build a new batch this weekend.Thanks.

Hi Ben.

I fixed the download link.Give it another try.
You can make a bundle of your favourite games with this little utility.Example.
Keep in mind,it is only good for single load games.Multi load games need some coding magic.

Don't forget to check the connector for any flat pins.

That's great news mate.I can mark this topic as solved.

Let me give a warning to the future readers.

If you buy a New Old Stock datasette, don't ever touch the azimuth setting!!!

If the datasette had slow downs during the recording, outcome should be shorter than the original.

I also did the same. Here is my backup file.

Yours has so much noise at the begining at the end,in between.
It can be the datasette, creased tape or your PC.For example if you run winvice while recording,it creates noise.

One thing I couldn't understand, yours is 4 minutes and 28 seconds long, the one you posted before is 4.20.Did you clean that TAP?
Can you post the TAP file you used so I can try recording that.

If you record this game to tape and back it up after,I might be able to find the culprit with that raw WAV file.
Otherwise I will pass it on to the experts.

If you think adaptor is faulty, please open a dispute case through ebay.
I'm more than happy to give you a full refund.

I think your datasette is either picking up some noise from fridge, freezer or a power tool while recording or it can't do higher baud rates due to bad capacitor or something.
If you have a disk drive, copy a game to tape using Copy 235.

We can try one more thing.

Go to advanced options on audiotap and change the output frequency to 96000Hz.
Also increase the speaker volume to 90%
